1. Using Idle Isle

Idle Isle offers free browser games. By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Idle Isle is for people 13 and older. You can play as a guest, or create a free account.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Use one account per person and keep your password safe.
We don’t have your email, so we can’t reset a forgotten password. Save your recovery codes if you want a way back in.
Choose a username that isn’t your real name and isn’t offensive, hateful, or impersonating anyone. Usernames can’t be changed. We may remove accounts with names that break these rules.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Accounts not signed in to for 24 months may be deleted. We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse the service or break these terms.

3. Guest progress

Guest progress is stored in your browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices may erase it, and we can’t recover it for you. When you create an account, guest achievements from that browser can be added to it.

4. Logbook, rewards, Shells and coins

Logbook points, tiers, badges, titles, themes, the Top 500, Home items, Shells and coins are cosmetic rewards for playing. They have no cash value, can’t be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and aren’t your property. Play time counts toward rewards up to daily and per-game limits, and only one game counts idle time at a time. Top 500 standings may be saved and reset each season. We may rebalance points, prices or rewards, and remove anything earned by cheating. Spent Shells and coins aren’t returned.

5. Coin Shop, purchases, refunds and ads

Coins are an optional virtual item for cosmetics and conveniences on Idle Isle. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred. They never add Logbook points or affect the Top 500.
Coins can buy Home decorations, a small weekly stock of Home pieces (five a week, the same for everyone; each piece comes back in later weeks) and animated profile pictures. Every price is shown in coins before you confirm. Things you buy with coins are yours to keep for as long as your account exists. They’re cosmetic only.
Every pack shows its full price in US dollars before checkout, and you confirm each purchase. Any sales tax is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
No paid random rewards (loot boxes), subscriptions or countdown offers.
Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission before buying anything.
Refunds: you can ask for a refund of an unspent coin pack within 14 days of purchase through the contact page. Coins that have been spent can’t be refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the coins from it are removed.
Some pages show small, non-personalized banner ads outside the games, and there is an optional reward ad you can choose to watch for Shells (daily limit). Trying to get rewards without watching the ad, or using scripts or bots to do it, breaks the fair-play rules.

6. Fair play

Please don’t cheat, script or automate play, exploit bugs to gain points, interfere with the site, or try to access data that isn’t yours. Report bugs to [email protected].

7. Games and content

The games, art and code on Idle Isle belong to us or our game makers. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. Games are provided “as is”. They may change, reset during development, or be retired.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Idle Isle isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress, rewards or account data.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll update the effective date and show a notice on the site. Questions: [email protected].
